Two wonderful kitties live with Chris and I.  Tasha is a tortishell tabby with beautiful green eyes.  She is sweet and gentle and can be very playful when she's in the mood.  I found her at the humane society in August of 1995, when she was about six months old.  I named her after Tasha Yar on Star Trek: The Next Generation.  She is smart and quiet, and she doesn't like to jump.  She'll climb up on things rather than jump straight from the floor.  She has magic paws that can open almost any door or cabinent.

Oscar is a black, grey and brown tabby.  Chris picked him up at the humane society in July 1998.  He is full of energy and sort of clumsy.  He breaks things and causes all kinds of havoc in our household by fighting with Tasha.  Oddly enough, although he bullies Tasha, he is affectionate with Chris and I.  He has beautiful guard hairs in his coat that are a lighter shade of grey than the rest of his fur and catch the light; sometimes it seems like he glows.
